Notting Hill

In summer, during the Carnival season, Notting Hill Gate explodes with colours, diversity and vitality and all those who come from around the city to participate in the celebrations. Some stay and with time become part the Notting Hill community. Among them are the Wise Man and the Wild Cat, who have taken up vantage points on Waterstones, and the Elephant on the main street pavement who became known as the Carnival Elephant. Their local friends include the
Observers, the Gatekeeper, the Ballerina and the Headbanger.
