- A visual, plastic artist of the Fine Arts, sculptor and painter
- Decorative artist
- Born in Haret An-Nahmeh, Lebanon, on April 26, 1947
- Completed his elementary, intermediate and secondary studies in the village and local schools
- Obtained a diploma in decoration and studied painting at the workshop of the artist Rashid Wehbe
- Traveled to France in 1969
- Remained in France for about ten years
- Married Samar Ataya in 1980, begetting thereby the following children: Jasmine, Nada, Rabih, and Nour Al-Huda
- A professor of lecture at the College of Fine Arts in the Lebanese University, First Branch, since 1976; head of a workshop since 1983
- Vice president of the Society of the Lebanese Artists in Painting and Sculpturing (2002-2007)
- Member of the Union of the French Sculptors
- Member of the Association of the French Artists, 1976
- Member of the International Association of Plastic Arts (AIAP) in 1999
- Held and participated in various visual, plastic and fine arts expositions as well as in many cultural activities, locally, regionally and internationally: Lebanon - Syria - Jordan - Iraq - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - United Arab Emirates - Sudan - Morocco - Iran - France - Italy - Spain - England - Japan - United Nations of America
- He designed and executed a variety of certificates, medals, shields and gardens

- Passed away on January 14, 2009.

واستمرت اقامته قرابة عشر سنين
درس في محترفات عدد من الفنانين منهم : الفنان الفرنسي البرت زفارو - ريكاردو ليكاتا - نورمان البرت - رينيه كولاماريني وشابلن ميدي .
استاذ في الجامعة اللبنانية
نائب رئيس جمعية الفنانين اللبنانيين للرسم والنحت 2002/2007
عضو اتحاد النحاتين الفرنسيين
عضو جمعية الفنانين الفرنسيين
عضو الجمعبة العالمية للفنون التشكيلية.
اقام العديد من المعارض التشكيلية والانشطة الثقافية المحلية والعربية والاجنبية.
صمم ونفذ العديد من الشهادات والاوسمة والدروع والحدائق.
له نصب واعمال نحتية في الساحات العامة والمتاحف والمؤسسات الرسمية.
حائز العديد من شهادات التقدير واوسمة وميدليات الخلق والابداع.
